University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center (1998). Consulted with Office of the Chancellor on the question of consolidating the continuing professional education offices of the Center's colleges (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Health).

The Pennsylvania State University, Office of Program Development, Division of Continuing and Distance Education (1997). Worked with staff of the Office of Program Development in their strategic planning initiative in the area of continuing education for the professions.

Judicial Education Committee, Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator, Missouri Supreme Court (1995). Developed and implemented a continuing professional education needs assessment strategy for Missouri's Circuit and Associate Circuit Court judges.

Michigan Coordinating Council for Continuing Higher Education (1995). Leader and presenter for workshop on "Managing change: Paradigm shifts in continuing education." This was a professional development workshop for continuing educators in the fifteen public higher education four-year institutions in Michigan.

Judicial Education - Adult Education Project (1994-95). External evaluator for this national project of the National Association of Judicial Educators and the University of Georgia Department of Adult Education. Funded by the State Justice Institute, this project's primary goal is to improve judicial education across the nation. External evaluation focused on second order outcomes of project activities in 35 states.

National Health Service Corps Washington, D. C. (1994-95). Consultant for working group on "Assuring Positive Community Experiences for Providers." The working group is part of a change initiative and conference, "National Health Service Corps: Creating a roadmap for the future." This initiative was funded by a grant to the Kentucky Primary Care Association by the Bureau of Primary Health Care in the Health Resources and Human Services (Grant #CSH 402871-09-2).

Midwest 2000: Project Leadership (1991). A professional development project undertaken by a consortium of six Midwestern universities for the purposes of identifying and assisting in the development of future leaders in the field of continuing higher education. Responsible for planning and instructing "The Administration of Continuing Higher Education," one of the project's six, multiple-day programs.

Institute of Food Technologists Chicago, Illinois (1989-91). Designed a needs assessment process and conducted a major needs assessment to assist this 23,000 member professional association determine its role in providing continuing professional education for its membership.

Society of Real Estate Appraisers Chicago, Illinois (1986-87). Consulted on the design and evaluation of the Society's instructor's clinics and on the development and evaluation of its overall program of continuing professional education. In addition to contributing to a book published by the Society on instructional methods and techniques for adults, made fifteen presentations on instruction of adults as part of four of the Society's instructor's clinics.
