January 4 - Contest - Theme will be "Motion" (your interpretation)
February 1 - Speaker - Carla Farris - Neutral Density Filters
March 1 - Contest - Theme will be "Water" (your interpretation)
April 5 - Speaker - Buffalo National River - The Buffalo National River is America's first national river. It is one of the few remaining rivers in the lower 48 states without dams, the Buffalo cuts its way through massive limestone bluffs traveling eastward through the Arkansas Ozarks and into the White River. Club member Robin Anderson will present a slide show taken while she was a Park Ranger on the Buffalo.
May 3 - Contest - Theme will be "Animals" (entries can be animals in any habitat, wild, captive, pets, etc.)
June 7 - Speaker - *Possible speakers include Frank Hamilton from Digital Labrador and Mike Schwaber from Hallmark Cards
July and August - NO MEETING
September 6 - Contest - Open (entries must be shot between the dates of June 1, 2007 and September 6, 2007)
October 4 - Speaker - *Possible speakers include Frank Hamilton from Digital Labrador and Mike Schwaber from Hallmark Cards
November 1 - Contest - Theme will be "Nature" (This months contest is designed to help members get ready for the Great Plains Nature Photography meeting in November by encouraging them to shoot contest entries in the same nature categories as GPNP. Great Plains Nature and Nature Travel (outside the great plains).
December 6 - Contest - Annual run off of monthly winners and annual pot luck dinner
