Download the M2230 podcast. Right click or control click it from your computer to add to iTunes. Doubleclicking the file does not work, you need to right click and "save file as ..." The file should be named m2231podcast1.m4a if it is called anything else, change the file name. Even though it says M2231, it really is good for M2230 right now too, don't worry. I'll add more in the very near future if you send me an e-mail with feedback!
